They help people who are the victims of war, disasters, poverty, disease, and persecution. As far as I know they do not support abortions.

Help, both medical and spiritual, is given to those who have suffered during famine, war, natural disasters etc. Food, water and temporary shelter is provided for those who need it - wherever they are. Medical supplies and equipment are often provided to mission hospitals.

They help victims of disease, natural disasters, war, and poverty. It does not give aid to places that provide abortions.

I do believe that they are a christian chariety that helps/assists persons in need, I think primarily in third world nations. I believe they provide for bodily needs by providing food to persons in need. They also provide medical assistance to those in need after desasters such as after the Hatian earthquake in Haiti, they sent doctors and nurses.
