First of all I would recommend taking it to the madza dealer in your area or an ASE certified mechanic in you area cause some repairs can be too much for the average DIY'er.

Any local mechanic.But if you want expert mazda tech's a mazda dealship might have a Mechanic who is specialized in mazda's.

You could either go to the mazda dealer and approach the service desk and you will be helped or you could take it to a independent shop all depends on what you would like to have done.
