This is a particularly hard one to get to as is most stuff on this vehicle. The fan will have to be replaced from under the dashoard on the passenger side. So if you're small enough to squeeze under there you mght have a chance at doing it.
You can do it yourself but you will need to purchase a car manual from a local parts store. The manual will walk you through the removal and replacement of the fan. The problem isn't getting the fan in and out, it is getting to the fan.
It depends on your mechanical aptitude and tools. Extracting the blower motor from the housing is a challenge and involves getting your head down in the feet area with your feet up in the air. Be sure to disconnect the electrical plug as a first step. Be patient and careful.
If you can afford to do so, have it professionally done. The replacement is not extremely hard, but the problem is getting it out and back in properly.
I don't think you can finish the job by yourself. What's more, you will make matters worst. After a wastefully time of disassembly you will finally call a repairman. But it's a good start to explore.
