Try yellow: they distribute a lot of the phone books in the USA. Or, stop by your neighbors and borrow their phone book; contact info for the company should be on the back or inside cover.
This will vary by city, and also on who your telephone service carrier is in your area. In most cases, the best way to do this would be to contact the local telephone company and ask them to send you one.
Call your phone local phone service provider and they customer service will be happy to have one sent to you. The other option is going to the local bill payment center, they are just laying in the corner.
