                                                          There are quite a few healthy foods that contain chromium.  Corn on the cob, apples, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and broccoli are just a few different foods that contain chromium. If you don't eat as much pasta and sugar, that will leave you less at risk for a chromium deficiency.
