Which foods have chromium in them?

I need more chromium in my diet.

There are quite a few healthy foods that contain chromium. Corn on the cob, apples, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and broccoli are just a few different foods that contain chromium. If you don't eat as much pasta and sugar, that will leave you less at risk for a chromium deficiency.

Raw onions, romaine lettuce and ripe tomatoes are rich in chromium. Oysters, liver, whole grains, bran cereals and potatoes are other food sources containing chromium.
