The best place would be an independent mechanic who specializes in foreign cars or Hondas in particular. Try checking the phone book for one in your area.

Really any moderately equipped shop should be able to do it for you. Look online for place in your area that have good reviews from customer. You might be able to find a shop specializing in brakes but any shop could do it for you.

If your are wanting to have your brake line repaired then I would end up coming to your local dealer.
