Ask at the counter at your local jeweler even if you don't see it. If you still have no luck, you can always shop online.

You can find empty settings online or just plain bands online. If you are looking for a plain wedding band you can go into any jewelry store and find something to suit your needs.

Look online at jewelry shops for wedding bands. Bands, especially for men, are fairly plain. Some doen't even look very fancy if you are looking for something more casual. You can also go to a jewelry store and ask someone there, they know the entire selection.

You might try a pawn shop. They have a huge variety of rings and other jewelry. You could also look on Etsy or Artfire and contact some of the artists.
