One source of oil comes from the the core of the earth, beneath the ocean. We should all know that answer based on the recent BP oil spills. I wonder what happens when all the oil is sucked out of the core of the earth?
Oil results from millions of years of decayed plant/animal matter, dirt, and sand, being subject to extremely high pressure and heat. Eventually, the organic matter turns into oil.
