Where do you find the sapphire in Pokemon Fire Red?

It's in a cave called the Dotted Hole on Six Island in the Sevii Islands. There is a scientist blocking the doorway until you boot Team Rocket out of Icefall Cave on Four Island. Once he's moved, you have to use Cut in front of the door. There's a braille puzzle inside, and the sapphire is on the bottom floor.

Go to six island. When you get to a cave with water around it, use a Pokemon with cut ability to open the door. Read tablet. Drop down hole to another room - repeat until sapphire room. Go to five island. Password: "Goldeen need log" and "Yes, nah, Chansey" to go in Rocket Warehouse.

You must first travel to the Sevii Islands. After defeating the Elite 4 there will be a series of events you must perform. After completing these events, return to Bill and he will give you the Sapphire.

When you get to Ruin Valley, follow the path to the left. You'll find a door that you need to use "cut" on. Follow the signs once inside.

First thing you have to do in the game is beat the elite four. Once you have beaten them along with all your other rivals you will be given a national pokedex! Use this to find the "dotted hole." Once you reach the dotted hole use the cut option to cut the door that will get you there.
