The 'Ancient Mew' was a promotional pokemon card. It was released during the time "The power of one" was being run in theaters. You might find a copy on ebay.

You receive one when you go to see the first pokemon movie in theaters. It was years ago and they are no longer available.

Well the best way to find something like that is on a website like eBay or amazon. Ive seen alot of those for sale.
