This is not enough information; you need to find out the species of the turtle (or tortoise) and find out what its needs are. Depending on its native climate it may need a heat lamp or other special equipment. You also need this information to know its eating habits. Please show it to an expert!

You can buy habitats at your local pet store. A size appropriate aquarium with a light fixture should be fine. Supply some water depending on the type of turtle you have. Different species require different care. You can buy meal worms and turtle food to feed the animal. Turtles tend to hibernate in winter and will need a quiet place.
