Where can you get glass pipettes?

Lab supply companies of course, but you can also get glass pipettes on eBay and Amazon in addition to quite a few hobby stores. Maybe ask at a local university, vet, or doctor's office if they have any to spare if you only need a couple; almost all labs use them.

Well I would say look around for local laboratory supply companies in your area. They should have them. If there are none in your area you can look online for a supplier.
