Check other stores in your area. Also, ask the store where you did purchase it if any of their other branches have the product still in stores. Then I would begin to search online. Search directly for the company itself. If that does not work do a Google search or check Amazon or eBay.

Stapels, Office Depot, Officemax all sell most items that can be used for a memorex label maker. You may also be able to find the tape at walmart, kmart or target.
