You can either try going to Home Depot, Menards, or Ace Hardware if you aren't comfortable ordering something online. If you are comfortable ordering something online, then search for "snapper snowblower replacement parts", and the third option will be the site where you can order replacement parts.

The best place to get it is, I think, direct from the manufacturer itself. However, if you bought it from a home improvement store, you might try checking to see if they have some appropriate bolts. You might also try an "outdoor" store.

You can find these replacement bolts easily off the Snapper Website. They sell all sorts of replacement parts for their products. However if you don't feel like waiting for parts to show up in the mail you can always find used snow blowers which you can easily cannibalize and make repairs from.
