Look online for the manufacturers contact info. Try contacting them directly and requesting one. Check to see if the manufacturer has a website. The installation guide may be there.

You can find the installation guides for all the Singer appliances on their website. As usual in today's online culture most companies do not include manuals such as this with their appliances. You instead need to go to the Singer website and download a PDF file of the manual you need.
