If searching for low potassium diet recipes is leaving you coming up short you can also try searching for recipes that are high in vitamin K.

You should first find out what foods are low/high in potassium. You can do this by internet search, obtain a book on dietary information or asking your physician. Once you know what foods you are able to eat, look in a cookbook or on-line food site for recipes.

Any center that treats renal disease or renal diabetes, such as a dialysis center, can offer you this information. For instance, the Mayo Clinic offers menu advice and recipes.

You can find the recipes online or in cook books or from other people. Recipe books are better because they know how much potassium there is.

You can find a large list of foods that are low in potassium on several websites. Two of which are "Associated Content" and "Buzzle".
