can you help me with low carb menu plans?

I need to start on a low carb diet.

A vegetable dish (could add turkey or chicken): frozen package of cauliflower and broccoli, 6 oz. cream cheese,2 tbsp butter, and Ranch dressing. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes.

Low carb foods are foods which are low in calories but high in energy. In the morning, take some tea with one teaspoonful sugar and 2 pieces of toasted bread. For snack have fruit, for lunch eat 2 boiled eggs with salad and, in the evening, a large steak.

Your diet will have to have a lot of fruits and veggys. Also a lot of lean cuts of meat. I would recommend salads.

The idea is to eat as much green vegetables, fish, poultry and lean meat as you can. That way you will not feel the urge to indulge with sweets and starches.

A good way to start a low carb diet is to make sure you supplement with plenty of quality protien to keep you full. You will want to eat plenty, of tuna, chicken, and beef, as well as filling up on veghtable to make sure you get all the fiber you need.
