What are some healthy chicken recipes?

I'm on a low-sodium diet.

Dip the chicken breast in egg, then into the Italian bread crumbs and then put onto a baking pan or baking sheet and add whatever type of cheese you like and bake at 350 degrees and depending on thickness 30-45 minutes long in the oven. Take off the pan and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

season you chicken with seasoning with low sodium and put it on the george former grillthen you will just watch all of the fat coming off or you can make somebked chicken with some onions on the side for flavor then you will have also have an healthy diet as well as low sodium that you are intaking
