You really will not be able to find dye for grout. Its too porous to hold a stain. Grout natuarlly discolors with time. Sunlight and chlorine will discolor it. The only thing you can do is break out the old grout and retile. Or get one of those vinyl pool inserts.

You should be able to find it at any kind of home improvement store or an type of pool speciality stores. You will more than likely have good results searcing this item online if you like to purchase items that way.

There are several different products on the market that allow you to color the grout you will be using on your swimming pool. You should be able to find these products where you purchase you other pool supplies or they can be found at many online retailers. GroutShield is one company you might check into.
