First you need to locate the leak. Then there is a patch product obtained at your pool store that will harden under water. Mix and patch. good luck.

I'm assuming that this is a above ground pool. The first thing I would do is locate the leak. Then drain the pool. Survey the damaged area and find out how to plug the leak. This can be done by a swimming pool kit or have a pool repair person look at it.
