You can find prepaid phones at any phone stores and you can load as much money as you want. The phone are pretty much untraceable if that's what your looking for.

I'm not sure where you can find one in exchange for services, if you dont make a lot of money and cant afford one there is one called safelink that you can sign up for and it is free if you meet the requirements. You can apply on the website

People can find prepaid phones just about any where they look these days. You can go to a Walmart or Target. Even drug stores like Rite-aid and CVS sell them.You can also get prepaid phones at some Sprint,Verizon, and T-Mobil Stores.
