The coupon printer software is required by the manufacturers who actually produce the coupons. Any legit site will require it. Some browsers have a problem with the software. I suggest you either update your browser or try a different one. I'm using the latest version of Firefox. A handful of antivirus systems will see it as spyware since it has to keep track of how many you get. Some firewalls may try to prevent it from working as well.
