Would you recommend rustoleum use for boat hull?

I want to protect my boat from rust.

Though Rustoleum is a good product, it is not really designed for use on a boat hull. You would be much better off going with a marine grade coating. Check with your local boat dealer to see what they recommend.

Rustoleum has a product specifically for use on boat hulls. Check their website for the Marine Coatings Boat Bottom Anti-fouling paint. It prevents the build up of marine growth such as barnacles and algae. It can be applied below the water line to hulls of all types in both salty and fresh water conditions..

That product would work just fine but may not have a lasting effect, more than 5 years, unless you get on specially designed for boats.
