I downloaded my fonts by searching for them on google the website that I ended up coming across was the microsoft website and I was able to get plenty of new fonts from there.
If you Google "download fonts" you'll find website offering free fonts for download. Once downloaded, you install them to Windows through the "Fonts" control on the Control Panel.
