If you are talking about during breastfeeding your baby, you should be able to buy them where you buy diapers & baby bottles. Otherwise, I actually made mine from cloth diapers.
You can buy nursing pads at a lot of places. Walmart has them if you can go to the store. If not I saw some at . Many drugstores would probably stock this item as well.
