Yes, I have seen pH soil test kits available at both Home Depot & Lowe's. However, this is the end of the season so they might be in storage.

Yes you can buy a ph soil test kit at Lowes and Home Depot. They have several different price ranges for these.

Lowe's carries two kinda of Mosser Lee Soil Master kits which will test your soil's ph level among other things. I don't believe that the Home Depot carries anything that would test for ph in soil. You can look on their websites or try giving your local store a call.

Yes you can buy a ph soil test kit and the Lowes Garden Center. They are not very expensive and they can save a lot of hassle and money by making sure that you don't plant where the soil is not good and will kill your plants. I recommend it.
