I have seen Chuckie dolls sold in a store in the mall called Spencer gifts. Other than that you can check in other specialty stores. If you are not able to find them in specialty store locally you can always search online.Google is a great place to start. Amazon is also a great online store with a large variety.

Your best bet would be your local spensers or hot topic. Both of these stores have websites you can locate easily through google. They sell merchandise of most of your classic horror movies.

I bet you could get one at a numbers of shops online. I would just google it and see what pops up. Try ebay.
