Searching the internet is the easiest way to find a seller of molds. You can also contact local cement manufacturers. You would also be surprised at how many sellers of molded cement figurines will gladly give you the names of mold companies.
I believe you can get the cement molds from Michaels. You can probably get them from Home Depot as well. I think I remember seeing them there so check it out.
I think a good place to check would be any hardware or handyman stores you may live near. Cement is widely used in renovating a yard, and those stores usually carry everything one would need for yard care.
