The chassis itself is grounded; Study the wires coming from the battery, you'll notice one is just bolted right to the side of the engine bay, so any bare metal or bolt on the frame/body is grounded. For more information, find a service manual with a wiring schematic.

The electric grounds of a caravan are usually located near the engine chasis. For older models of caravans, it is located near the engine chasis. On the other hand, for new models, they are located beside the spark plugs which should be beside the battery connectors. Always remember to wear a static band before touching the electrical points.

There are going to many grounds on your vehicle and you should go to the battery and look at the negative or black wire and see where it runs. You have grounds going to the starter, alternator, radio, fuses, and etc. Just trace the black wire.

There are 2 major grounds. One from negative side battery terminal to chassis near engine mount. And the other from engine to chassis. It looks like a multi strand braided cable and/or heavy gauge insulated cable.

There are several grounding points in your van. Not knowing the year I can't say where they are exactly. Check online for websites that have wiring schematics or buy a repair manual.

The electric ground I think you are talking about is the negative battery terminal. The other one I can think of is the motor block. Sometimes the motor block is better when working on caravan. The Frame of the dodge caravan is another place that we be fine for grounding.

Under the hood - the main ground is the black wire(s) from the battery. Thick one to the engine and thin one to the fender. All others should be black.
