ECW One Night Stand will not be held again in the near future. However, in 2009, One Night Stand was replaced by WWE, named Extreme Rules. The next scheduled date for Extreme Rules is May 1, 2011.
ECW is now defunct so it is unlikely One Night Stand will ever be held again. However, there is always a possibility of another ECW reunion show one day.
