When somebody refuses mail, does it get returned to sender?
I sent my ex-girlfriend a letter, and I got it back returned. Could it be that she refused it, or are there other reasons for getting a letter returned to sender?
There are many various reasons for a mail to get returned such as addressee is out of station, refusal to accept the mail etc. So there is a chance that your ex-girlfriend had refused the mail.
