Belive me, it the child who will let you know if she is ready. Introduce the subject- books, stories, magazine or catalog pictures and see when she gets excited.

Each child develops at a different rate and probably you, as the parent, know what is best for your child. If your child is climbing out of her crib and risking injury, it may be time to consider moving her to a bed. If she cannot yet climb out she may be safer in the crib.

They make supports that you sip under the mattress of a bed. You can by them at your local retail store. These will keep her from falling out of the bed. Once you see that she is staying in the bed with no risk of falling, you can remove them.

Everyone suggesting you to move your two years child to the bed is making the right suggestion. A two year child is sufficiently old enough to convey his feelings.
