When are you too old to go back to college?

Please never feel you are too old! I am 50 and finally getting my degree, the hard part is, with all our life experience, WHAT do we choose!!! There is distance learning that allows you to take your degree from home. Schools offer extra aid for us. Go for it!!!

There is no age limit in my opinion. There have been many stories about seniors that have finished their College degree. I would consider some direct or external factors as probable limitation for someone that wants to attend school again, (i. e. single parents with children, economic issues, health reasons).

You are only too old to go back to college when you feel like you are too old to go back to college. Once you no longer believe that there is a benefit that can be gained by attending college, then you are too old to go back. Until then, take a shot.

It's never too late to go back to school. A lot of people go midway through their lives because they just are not into what they're doing anymore. If you're 70 or something it may be too late to spend that kind of money when your working days are about over, but if you're having fun go for it!

A person is never too old to go back to college. Even if the person is close to retirement age, if they want to improve their education, then more power to them. An old saying goes that when a person stops learning, they start dying.

You are never too old to go back to college. Although, once a person hits 50 it will look very awkward.
