Notice I said "safe" first--then fastest.

There really is no fast way to lose weight. However a safe way to lose the weight would be to first cut out high calorie/high fat food and exercise daily.

The only way to lose weight is spend more calories than you take in. You don't want to reduce your fat intake too much (at risk to your gallbladder), but eating a sensible diet and exercising - gradually increasing the amount, is helpful.
