What is the fastest way to lose seven pounds?

I have a week to reach my goal and I'm seven pounds over.

The best way to lose weight quickly will be to eat lots of high-fiber foods and do lots of cardiovascular exercise. Also be sure to drink lots of ice water as this will increase your bodies metabolism.

I would never recommend losing that kind of weight in that time span, however, if you have to do it I would recommend a liquid fast diet in addition to several hours of exercise daily. Preferably cardio. If you absolutely must eat, then eat very light (a few saltines for example). I have seen this done, and it does work.

I lost seven pounds mainly by not eating much. I would eat approximately half a meal a day. By training your body to do so, you could probably do it in less than seven days. But is very unhealthy.

I believe the best is to drink lots of water & cut back on salty foods like rice which makes the body retain water causing you to gain water weight.
