What's the difference between caring for someone caring about someone?

You can not properly care for someone without caring about them. I can care about you because you are a nice person but for me to be caring for you i would actually have to be doing something for you.

Big difference- icare aboutmy parents, they are my blood and kin- caring fopr them in their old age is kinda my responsibility cause im the kid. thats caring about someon caring for some one is like being a perosnal caregiver where you get paid t take care of someone who is not a relative, its a job
