The best pregnancy test is a blood test privided by your doctor. The next best is an at home urine test. Both test for the pregnancy hormone HCG, but the blood test is more sensitive. Both tests should be performed about 2 weeks after ovulation if pregnancy is suspected.

I believe the best pregnancy test to use is First Response. First Response can give you a result FIVE days before your missed period, but you do have to make sure that you purchase the early response pregnancy test for accuracy.

I am not sure about the best one. I think every test has the same result. In my case, when i was pregnant i used the pregnancy test guard. It will be available in the medical shop. It is a urine test.

i would still say use the frist morning urine . That as the highest hcg or pregnancy hormone in it
