Your BMI is found by dividing your weight in pounds by your height in inches squared multiplied by 703. It is not an incredibly reliable way to find out whether you are at a healthy weight, however. BMI does not take into account the differences in weight of various types of tissue, particularly muscle and fat.

BMI is body mass index. You can google BMI and many of the sties that pull up will calculate it. You enter simple date, such as age, weight, height, etc. Then the site can calculate it for you. The number will show you if you are a healthy weight or not.
