What's in the back of my tongue in my throat?

It's not on my tongue or in my throat. It's just there and it's small. It doesn't hurt or move so I'm feelling alright. I can swallow, sneeze, burp and nothing happens but nobody else has it when I look in their mouths so I'm freaking out here! Help me!!!!!

It is a small structure common in all human beings and most mammals. Helps in filteration of unwanted particles. No need to worry.

You should not have any "extra" parts in the back of your mouth. Just because it isn't painful doesn't mean it will not become painful. Go to you physician.

It is a normal structure situated in your oral cavity called "Uvula". It does not produce any symptoms in anyone because it is a part of human body. You do not have to worry. Everybody has a uvula in mouth and you are no exception.

Do not worry. Some people have a larger mass of taste buds that are awfly far back. It is nothing to worry about especially if it doesn't hurt.
