A really special piece of good jewelry would be nice. Or maybe the two of you could slip away for a few days by yourselves. Get a nice motel room, order room service and don't come out the whole time. You two would have the other's undivided attention and that can do wonders.

Are you on a budget? A weekend get a away is always romantic and relaxing. Couples massages, drinks on a beach. If you can not afford it, try giving her a massage. Maybe crank up the heater, put on bathing suits, fill a little box with water and put your feet in it. Something cheesey, but romantic!
