What would cause severe vomiting?

I don't have a fever. I just can't keep food down.

You may have an inflammation of the lining of the stomach, which can cause the body to reject whatever comes into it.

Lots of things might...allergic reactions, stomach bug, acid reflux disease, fatty meals. It's hard to say exactly. Best thing to do would be visit a doctor.

You could have caught a stomach virus. Usually they only last a day or so. Try eating crackers and drinking sugar water.

You should go to the ER to be checked out. It could be something serious such as your appendix, gall stones, or gall stone pancreatitis.
