What could be causing unexplained severe nauseating back pain that radiates up the spine, all my blood est come back negative for UTI?

Other potential conditions that could lead to flank pain and all that mean you should see a doctor- calculi, renal infarction, severe muscle strain, sciatica, obstructive uropathy.

You could have other disorders and or diseases of the kidney. It also sounds as though it could be a pinched nerve or herniated disc.
