Bumps on the paws can be caused by a variety of things. The bumps could be cysts or other growths, or they could be the result of some allergy. While it is good that the bumps don't seem to be bothering the dog, that doesn't mean that they're benign. The best way to be certain is to see a vet.

Bumps on paws can be caused by a number of things. Your dog may have hurt himself and the cuts have now scabbed over whilst they are healing. They may also indicate a skin condition, perhaps fungal. If it doesn't seem to bother him, it's probably not a big deal.

The small bumbs could be caused from tiny bites ,such as ants or another insect. It could also be a skin reaction to soap or a certain fabric. It sounds like his pores or hair follicles are a little inflamed and it is self limiting as long as it doesn't get infected.

It depends where the bumps are. Little bumps on the bottom of your dog's paws, where they contact the ground, could be dirt or small stones or even clumps of asphalt. Bumps on top of your dog's paws could be hereditary. If you cannot tell by examination what the bumps are made of, consult your veterinarian.
