When the Crown-Rump Length Measurements of your baby is 22 mm, it means that your gestation period is 8. 5 weeks old.

A fetus with a CRL of 22mm would put you at approximately 8 and a half weeks into your pregnancy.

To determine your week of pregnancy you will need to go back to your last known menstrual period, not the one you missed as you were already four weeks along then.

That is something you need to ask your doctor about. It's something only he can accurately tell you. You should already know when your last period was and the due date you were given so that should be when you are due. The Ultrasound Tech should have also told you how far along you are.
