What vitamins are in pineapples?

I assume there's vitamin C.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Vitamin C. Lesser amounts of Vitamin B3, B5, B9, B12, E and K. Pineapples also contain fair amount of copper and manganese, lesser amounts of iron.

Six vitamins are found in pineapples and also several minerals. In one serving of pineapple, you will find vitamins C, A, B-6, E, Riboflavin and Niacin. Eat up!
