It isn't how old you are, but how old you feel. If you feel like your getting older, get healthy and more active. Don't let your age dictate your lifestyle.

Live your life with the heart of a child and realize that age is only a number. Play and have fun for life is short. Don't worry about the little things in life and realize that every day on this Earth is a gift!

The age is not important. It is how you conduct yourself. I am 54 and play volleyball weekly at my church, walk 18 holes of golf on Saturday, etc.

Why be depressed? Look at everything positively. If 40 has been the new 30 for the last 20 years then very soon 50 will be the new 30. Congratulations, you´re getting younger.

Take each day as it comes. Just try and be happy about the little things in life. Love every day and every person and your life will be worth living.

when you are turning 50 years old, do things that you are interested in or try to do things you you wish to do but never had the chance to. Make everything come true!

Rumor has it 50 is the new 40 so don't despair! Now is the time to travel, which is the best cure for the blues. It doesn't have to be expensive if you take a road trip! Go see roadside attractions like the world's largest ball of twine and enjoy!
