You will need to select a time, date and location. You will need to send out invitations explaining it is s secret. You will need to create a menu or hire someone to prepare the food. You will need buy the paper goods if needed and purchase a cake. You might think about hiring a DJ.

I would put together a list of people you want to include. Then figure out where to have it that has enough room for everyone. Enlist the help of her best friend as a way to lure here there on that day. Send invites to everyone but her sisters. Tell them at the last minute, good luck.

Tell no one! Do all your shopping alone and hide everything. Keeping a planner helps and try sending invitations through the mail, no e-mail!
