If you have bumps in your testicles you should go to a doctor to make sure you don't have cysts or anything else that might require medical assistance. No one can really diagnose lumps or nodules in your testicles online, a medical expert would have to take a look at them.

Noncancerous nodules in the testicular area may still need treatment. The nodules can cause pain and need removal. Annual check ups will be needed once testicular nodules are found.

if you are sure that the nodule in question is indeed not cancer, then what you should know is that it may develop into cancer. thus, monitor its size regularly.

Are the nodules painful? Are they tender to touch? Are the nodules movable or are fixed? Whats the size? Whats the consistency- soft, hard? Always consult a physician.
