Martin Heberlein is a very cheap violin (more commonly refered to as a fiddle). They are mass produced with inferior wood. Fine to learn on but not the best sounding.

The Heberlein family is very large. Most of the members did work in the Markneukirchen area of Eastern Germany. When Russia moved into the Eastern Germany area after WWll all of the Heberlein's fled the area and moved into other parts of Germany. Only a hands on inspection of the violin could determine its pedigree. The Heberlein's did make very fine violins.

The Heberlein is a high quality violin which has a very distinctive sound. The instrument has a valid reputation for being counterfeit. The only way to tell is by sound

Well they aren't the most expensive violin, nor are they the best quality wood, but for practice it should work sufficiently. They are mass produced so quality is static among their work but the quality of the wood remains unsatisfactory to most violin enthusiasts. The bottom line is that if you're a beginner and want to learn, it's fine.

It's a great guitar, really has nice strings and vocals. The only thing that isn't great about it is the price. But other than it's great.
