Some of the sounds of a cat's stomach are perfectly normal. Purring, of course, is, so are basic "I'm hungry" sounds, just like a person's. Sounds to get worried over are those that signal difficulty breathing or suggest the cat is about to throw up in the very near future.

Commonly we can assume some disturbances are occured in cats. But a doctor's opinion is best because he suggest check the blood or urine then determined problems are held or not.

Cat will have worms in their stomach or poisoned by something. 16 year old cat is equivalent to 80 year old human. Take urine,blood test to fix this problem.
